No functional defects. Tight/smooth operation, threads greased. Jaws are tight closing and without defects. Mating jaw faces have light surface rust without deep pitting. Mobile jaw has a "t" groove, stationary jaw is smooth face.
Tool appears to have had light use and never used as an anvil.
